PIX INFOTECH(the "Company"), use and maintains this website (the "Site") as a service to its customers. By using the Site or any current or future service(s) provided to you/user by the Company (collectively the "Services") in accordance with an applicable service agreement ("Service Agreement(s)"), you/user are agreeing to comply with and shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use and any operating rules, regulations, policies, and procedures that may be modified from time-to-time on the Site (collectively, the "Terms").
The Terms govern your/user’s access to and use of the Site, the Services and any information, products, software, and or features made available to you. If you are using the Site or Services on behalf of your employer, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on your employer's behalf.
In the case of any violation of the Terms, PIX INFOTECH reserves the right to seek all remedies available by contract, law and in equity for such violations. The Terms shall apply to every visitor to the Site and whosoever use of the Services, either in present or in the future.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS MAY RESULT IN THE SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR/USER ACCOUNT, THE SERVICES OR SUCH OTHER ACTION PERMITTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPLICABLE COMPANY SERVICE AGREEMENT.

You/User are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of Internet abuse, which includes but not limited to:
(i) publishing information, distributing, or sending any kind of unsolicited or unwelcome email to any number of network users (commonly referred to as "junk mail" or "spam"), including, without limitation, mass promotions, unauthorized or unsolicited commercial advertising, and informational announcements, anywhere on the Internet;
(ii) posting any article or substantially similar articles to an excessive number of newsgroups or mailing lists
(iii) repeated or any deliberate attempt of posting of articles that are off-topic according to the charter of the newsgroup or mail list where such articles are posted;
(iv) posting commercial advertising in a conference or newsgroup, unless it is specifically permitted to be posted within that group.

PIX INFOTECH reserves the right to amend the Terms and modify or discontinue all or part of the Site, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, and is not obligated to support or update the Site. The amended Terms shall automatically become effective immediately after they are initially posted on this Site.
If you continue to use the Site even after the posting of the amended Terms on the Site it would mean you are willing to use the resources: (a) acknowledgment of the Terms and its modifications and (b) agreeing to abide and be bound by the Terms, as amended.
If you have any objection to any modifications of the Terms, you should immediately: (a) terminate use of the Site and/or Services; and (b) notify Company of termination.

Since all these links are owned by independent retailers or service providers therefore PIX INFOTECH cannot and will not ensure your satisfaction with their product or services or any kind of practices. PIX INFOTECH does not guarantee, represent or warrant that the PIX INFOTECH services and related features that enable you to detect or minimize fraudulent transactions will discover or prevent all non-valid or fraudulent transactions. PIX INFOTECH is not responsible for any non-valid or fraudulent transactions that are processed.​

​ You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Company, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, shareholders, agents, contractors and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs, made by any third party due to, arising from or out of:
(a) your use of the Site;
(b) your breach or alleged breach of any representation, warranty or other obligation;
(c) any violation or alleged abuse of any lay not limited to federal but state, international or local law and any and all regulations, rules or ordinances
(d) the negligence or willful misconduct by you or your employees or agents;
(e) any violation of the Terms;
(f) your infringement of any intellectual property or other legal right of any person or entity; or
(g) your advertising, marketing, promotion, sale, or distribution of any products or services. In the event you cause fines and/or penalties to be charged to Company by the Credit Card Associations or any other entity, you agree to reimburse Company immediately for said fines and/or penalties.​

​ The Site shall allow access to the authorized users only which may subject to documentation provided by individual . Unauthorized users or individuals attempting to access secure areas of the Site may be subject to prosecution.​

​ Should you enroll to obtain the Services from the Company, you also accept the complete terms and conditions applicable to that Service in accordance with the applicable Service Agreement. Company does not certify that any service description or content contained in this Site is accurate, current, reliable, complete, or error-free, except as provided in the Service Agreement here.​

​ PIX INFOTECH INC reserves all rights to terminate the access to the Site, with or without cause, at any time. Any Termination that happens, shall be accompanied by a written or electronic notification to you.
Company shall not be legally responsible to you or any third party for termination. If you have any objection to the terms or any modifications, you should (a) terminate use of the Site; and (b) inform Company of termination. Upon termination of access to the Site, your right to use the Site shall immediately cease.​

​ The Site is accessible in Canada and other countries, and each of these places has laws that may differ from those of Canada and from each other. You and Company both will benefit by establishing legal environment in which any matters arising from use of the Site are governed.
You agree that any claim arising from the operations or use of the Site will be heard and resolved in the courts of Canada. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of the court, stipulate to the fairness and convenience of proceeding in such courts, and agreement not to assert any objections to proceeding in such courts.​

​ If there is any kind of delay or disruption of Services that happens or performance of obligations due to any acts of God, acts of civil or military authorities, civil chaos, wars, strikes or other labor disputes, fires, transportation contingencies, interruptions in telecommunications, utility, Internet services or network provider services, acts or omissions by a third party, infiltration or hacking of the Site Services by a third party, or other calamities or occurrences that are beyond Company's rational control, the Company shall not be held responsible for above.​

​ Fees incurred during startup phase of the process shall not be refundable. The user should take into consideration that any fee which is stated as non-refundable or which specifically is not mentioned as refundable, such fee shall not be claimed to be refunded. PIX INFOTECH INC has all the rights to dismiss such requests if received stating the clause mentioned here.

​ PIX INFOTECH INC reserves the right to suspend, refuse the request or terminate the service to the user for such reason we deem, in our sole discretion, to do so, without any prior notice, if we find that the user is using his/her services for improper or illegal purposes not stated earlier or deviating from the information provided, violating any rights or legal laws and using resources for any unlawful purposes, national or international. However, we may also suspend, refuse, or terminate service for any reason that we, in our sole discretion, consider inappropriate as per our policies.​
